About the AI Solutions Engineer Role

Adecco is seeking a hands-on, technically proficient AI Solutions Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires an individual who is comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and delivering practical solutions under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions, including agentic systems, LLM integrations, automation workflows, and Copilot-related solutions.
• Build and maintain AI-powered tools to support training delivery, content development, business operations, and client engagements.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as Odoo and Microsoft 365 using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Translate business and client requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, models, and architectures, ensuring alignment with GCC regulatory and compliance requirements, including SDAIA and NCA frameworks.
• Support demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution presentations for internal teams and enterprise clients.
• Document solutions, uphold technical standards, and contribute to the expansion of the AI product and solution portfolio.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Two to five years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, AI solutions development, automation, or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI solution development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, API integrations, and enterprise software environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build working prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and transition concepts to delivery efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, MCP, agentic workflows, or multi-agent frameworks.
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools or security-adjacent environments.
• Understanding of GCC regulatory and compliance landscapes.
• Prior experience in consulting, client-facing technical delivery, or enterprise solution implementation.
