About the Role

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role focuses on supporting technical requests from customers, optimizing customer experience programs, and contributing to business growth.

Role Contribution and Objectives

As an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I, you will play a crucial role in improving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, fostering stronger cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a customer-centric culture. These contributions are integral to the long-term success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
• Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
• Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
• Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Develop products with enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
• Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
• Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
