The Role of Architect

MDK Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves participation in the design, development, production, and execution of architectural plans, with a specific focus on sports infrastructure projects. The Architect will contribute to projects that align with the company's vision for innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, prepare, develop, and execute architectural plans.
Produce detailed plans, technical files, and execution documents.
Participate in the design of stadiums, training centers, clubs, and sports complexes.
Review and prepare plans, technical specifications, and documents submitted by contractors.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire safety, infrastructure, and landscape disciplines.
Verify circulation, access, emergency exits, accessibility, and user safety.
Participate in coordination meetings, technical workshops, and site visits.
Identify non-conformities and follow up on technical observations.
Ensure compliance with FIFA requirements and applicable standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Architect.
Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of architectural plans.
Familiarity with sports infrastructure projects is preferred.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations, including FIFA requirements.
