About the Role

As an Architect at Bonyan Construction, you will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that critical milestones are met and financial efficiency is maintained. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves serving as a key link between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and achieve project goals.

Role Overview

The Architect will oversee all phases of project execution, focusing on schedule integrity and budget adherence without compromising quality. This position requires proactive engagement in addressing challenges and ensuring transparent communication to meet project objectives with precision and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved.
• Organize and direct project activities in collaboration with the project team.
• Study project specifications to determine the most effective construction methods.
• Oversee contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend and manage project progress meetings, and liaise with all key stakeholders including developers, consultants, vendors, and team members.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Bonyan Construction, located in Riyadh. The role requires active participation in project teams and regular interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
