About the Role

أقاهي is seeking an experienced Area Manager F&B / Coffee Shops to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to our ongoing expansion plans, focusing on the operational leadership of multiple specialty coffee branches.

Role Overview

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of several coffee shop branches. This position involves leading dedicated teams to consistently deliver exceptional quality and service standards to our customers, ensuring operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring operational excellence through daily field supervision of multiple branches, and guaranteeing the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high standards of quality and service.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance by ensuring all branches adhere to government and municipal requirements, thereby avoiding any regulatory observations.
• Leading team management and development, including attracting, recruiting, and training operational staff such as baristas and branch supervisors. This also involves efficient scheduling to enhance productivity and reduce staff turnover.
• Monitoring financial performance by controlling operational costs, managing Food & Beverage (F&B) expenses, and optimizing inventory to minimize wastage.
• Driving sales growth through continuous monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing local store marketing (LSM) initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager, specifically overseeing multiple branches within the coffee shop and specialty coffee sector.
• Familiarity with government and municipal regulations and requirements relevant to the F&B industry.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• A strong professional network that facilitates the recruitment of operational staff, particularly baristas.
• Demonstrated high capability in analyzing financial reports (P&L) and making data-driven corrective decisions.
