About Red Sea Global

Red Sea Global, through its subsidiary The Red Sea Development Company (DevCo), is focused on developing Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast into a sustainable tourism destination. Established in 2017, DevCo is responsible for creating luxury resorts, residential communities, and infrastructure projects that align with the region's natural environment and cultural heritage.

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager Strategic Planning will oversee the strategy-to-execution process for DevCo Operations. This includes managing the business strategy and roadmap, developing three-year and annual business plans, overseeing the strategic initiatives portfolio, and conducting business analysis to inform decision-making based on performance data. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, refresh, and periodic review of DevCo Operations' business strategy and strategic roadmap.
Manage the annual and three-year business planning cycle.
Lead the annual budget submission and review cycle with Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Maintain the Strategic Initiatives Register and track benefits through closure.
Conduct operational efficiency studies and prepare improvement business cases.
Design and maintain the strategic performance framework and produce Quarterly Business Review analysis.
Deliver structured business analysis, options appraisal, scenario modeling, and benchmarking.
Prepare executive-level papers and presentations that convert analysis into decisions.
Ensure alignment of strategy, business plan, and performance framework with Group direction and related DevCo Operations functions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrable capability in analytical modeling.
Proven ability to prepare executive-grade presentations.
