Parsons Corporation is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join its Tamkeen Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of professional experience. Role Overview

The Associate Civil Engineer operates in a developmental capacity, receiving structured training and close supervision. This role focuses on applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within the civil engineering discipline, while gaining exposure to Parsons' company procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform various civil engineering duties.
• Apply fundamental engineering techniques and analytical methods.
• Receive training in engineering theories and practices under direct supervision.
• Familiarize with and apply company procedures and standards.
• Engage with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications.

Program Structure and Development

This role involves participation in a structured rotational program. This program may include gaining experience across various functions such as Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, in addition to exposure to several engineering disciplines within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as required.
