Role Overview

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate - Logistics & Import to join their team in Riyadh. This is a regular full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Associate will support the DC supply chain function by managing day-to-day supplier relations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
• Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage day-to-day supplier relations and administrative tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and record maintenance.
