About the Role

The Helicopter Company (THC) is seeking a Sr. Technician I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing essential maintenance activities and overseeing assigned maintenance projects across THC operating bases. The role is critical in ensuring the timely completion of maintenance, on-time aircraft departures, and overall aircraft availability for operators.

Core Responsibilities

The Sr. Technician I is responsible for a range of duties focused on maintaining aircraft standards and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring aircraft maintenance complies with OEM manuals and Repair Station facilities standards.
• Completing maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Reporting regularly to Maintenance Assistance Managers and other THC stakeholders.
• Promoting Safety Management System (SMS) reporting and advising on engineering safety practices.
• Ensuring Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control measures are implemented by Part 145 Staff.
• Reporting any hangar facility deficiencies to the Line Manager or through the safety management system.
• Verifying that all maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations are performed correctly using approved technical data.
• Adhering to RSQCM, GMM, and TODPM Work Instructions.
• Ensuring required engineering standards and aircraft maintenance documentation are correctly completed.
• Participating in daily toolbox talks and aircraft team briefings for assigned projects.
• Attending weekly production planning meetings to report on hangar maintenance activities and discuss manning, tooling, test equipment, and parts requirements.
• Ensuring proper labeling, protection, and storage of removed aircraft components.
• Identifying staff training needs and advising the Line Manager.
• Promoting teamwork, staff discipline, and adherence to company uniform and corporate identity standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality in all work-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sr. Technician I position should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Demonstrated understanding of OEM manuals and aviation maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in completing technical documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and procedures.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active participation in daily operations and team coordination within the maintenance environment. The Sr. Technician I will be expected to work at any THC operating base as assigned.
