Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Samoli bread, various types of bread, and other baked goods.
• Prepare dough and mix ingredients according to approved recipes.
• Monitor dough proofing and baking processes, ensuring appropriate temperatures and baking times.
• Maintain the quality, freshness, taste, and appearance of baked products.
• Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in baking or a related field.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
