Role Overview

Calo Inc is seeking a Barista (Saudi National) to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of the Calo Cafe, working closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure adherence to company standards. The Barista will utilize their coffee expertise and interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee beverages in accordance with established recipes.
• Maintain the functionality of brewing equipment and report any potential issues.
• Attend to customer orders and preferences with attention to detail.
• Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner, representing Calo’s culture and values.
• Ensure timely cafe operations that meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve any operational issues effectively.
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a Barista in cafes.
• Possession of a certified Barista certificate is required.

Experience

This role requires 0-1 years of relevant experience, specifically a minimum of 1 year as a Barista in a cafe setting.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Calo Cafe environment.
