About the Barista Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Barista to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering beverage service and creating positive guest experiences within the hotel's café environment.

Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a range of coffee and specialty beverages. This position contributes to the overall guest experience by ensuring high standards of hospitality and service in the café, making each visit special.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide service to create memorable café experiences.
• Craft and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in accordance with brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain the coffee station, ensuring it is stocked, organized, and ready for service, with all necessary equipment and supplies available.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other café products, while maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, utensils, and work areas to established standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
