Cloud Spaces is a premium workspace provider offering modern, flexible, and inspiring environments where businesses and individuals thrive. We are seeking a Barista to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and colleagues daily.

Role Overview

As a Barista at Cloud Spaces, you will be responsible for crafting a range of world-class coffee and specialty beverages, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience. This position requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency, while supporting the center team in delivering top-quality service within our professional workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, iced drinks, specialty beverages, and light food items according to menu specifications and health & safety standards.
Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure fresh coffee beans are replenished regularly.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions about menu items and fostering a welcoming environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen, and client areas, including sanitization of workstations and restrooms.
Handle cash register operations, take orders, and serve drinks in meeting rooms.
Stock inventory, manage weekly supplies, and communicate with the F&B manager regarding replenishment needs.
Practice and develop barista skills, including milk foaming, latte art, espresso preparation, and coffee blending techniques.
Educate clients on coffee preparation standards and promote special items when appropriate.
Collaborate closely with the Center Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in retail, food & beverage (F&B), or hospitality is preferred.

Team and Work Environment

The Barista works as an integral part of the Cloud Spaces team, contributing to a professional workspace environment. This role involves close collaboration with the Center Manager and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive atmosphere for all clients.
