About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Bartender/Mixologist to join its full-time team in Riyadh. This role is central to delivering high-quality hospitality by preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and proactive manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks in accordance with established recipe standards, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, to facilitate seamless service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items.
• Address situations involving intoxicated guests with professionalism and respect, maintaining a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
