About the Role

COLORS Co. is seeking a Branch Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on essential financial operations and customer service within our branch environment. The Branch Accountant is responsible for preparing quotations, processing customer orders, managing cash and collection activities, and maintaining accurate financial records, while ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and professional quotations for external companies and manage follow-up until closure.
Communicate directly with companies and customers, receiving and responding to orders promptly.
Follow up on customer orders to completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage cash amounts and transfers with full accuracy and responsibility.
Follow up on collection amounts with the branch collector and reconcile collected dues against customer accounts.
Perform accurate cash reconciliation and handle cash responsibly.
Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds, and record financial entries accurately and on time.
Coordinate with sales representatives to fulfill customer orders and ensure smooth operations.
Verify invoices, delivery notes, and related financial and inventory documents.
Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
Adhere to company policies, internal controls, and financial guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Commitment to adhering to company policies and financial controls.
