The Role of Branch Receptionist

CEER is seeking a full-time Branch Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or contacting CEER Centers in Riyadh. This role is central to delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience, managing front desk operations, and providing essential support to showroom sales and operations teams through effective coordination, communication, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage customer flow by directing visitors to the appropriate sales advisors or departments.
• Maintain customer waiting areas, ensuring they are organized, presentable, and aligned with CEER’s brand standards.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing prompt responses or redirecting as necessary.
• Schedule appointments, test drives, and customer visits in coordination with the Sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records pertaining to customer visits, inquiries, and appointments.
• Provide assistance with filing, document control, and general showroom administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Logistics, to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.
• Support customer handovers and events by assisting with coordination and logistical arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and established reception procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or a Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in a relevant administrative or customer service role.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, operating within CEER's customer-facing centers. The role involves direct interaction with customers and close collaboration with internal teams to maintain efficient showroom operations and uphold brand standards.
