About the Branch Receptionist Role at CEER

CEER is seeking a Branch Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position serves as the initial point of contact for all customers visiting or contacting CEER Centers, playing a crucial role in shaping the overall customer experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Branch Receptionist is responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience from the moment of arrival or initial contact. This role involves managing front desk operations efficiently and providing essential coordination, communication, and administrative support to the showroom sales and operations teams, contributing to smooth daily functions.

Key Responsibilities

Greet showroom visitors courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage customer flow by directing visitors to the appropriate sales advisors or departments.
Ensure customer waiting areas are organized, presentable, and aligned with CEER’s brand standards.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, responding promptly or redirecting as required.
Schedule appointments, test drives, and customer visits in coordination with Sales teams.
Maintain accurate records related to customer visits, inquiries, and appointments.
Assist with filing, document control, and general showroom administration as required.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery and Logistics) to support smooth daily showroom operations.
Support customer handovers and events by assisting with coordination and arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and reception procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or a Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
