ALKAFFARY GROUP is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Branch Sales Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to the group's sales operations, focusing on leadership and performance within a branch setting.

Role Summary

The Branch Sales Supervisor holds a critical position responsible for the overall leadership and management of the branch sales team. This role is tasked with driving sales performance, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and overseeing the efficiency of daily branch operations. Key objectives include achieving and exceeding established sales targets, providing effective coaching and development to team members, maintaining high operational standards, and consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily activities of the branch sales team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active engagement within the branch environment to ensure operational efficiency and sales success.
