The Role of Branch Sales Supervisor

The Branch Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the branch sales team, driving overall sales performance, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This position involves overseeing daily branch operations, achieving sales targets, and coaching team members to maintain high operational standards and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily activities of the branch sales team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably within a branch environment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams is essential.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily branch operations and team supervision effectively.
