Role Overview

Opinion is seeking a Brand Manager to lead brand development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional who combines strategic thinking with commercial discipline to drive brand value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, campaign calendars, and budgets aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencers, PR, and offline channels.
Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across all branches.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for new branch openings, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Lead product marketing, collaborations, partnerships, and brand activations.
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitors, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets, measure campaign ROI, and optimize marketing investments.
Develop CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement initiatives to increase repeat purchases.
Collaborate with Operations, Product Development, Finance, and external agencies to deliver business objectives.
Lead and develop the internal marketing team and manage external creative and media partners.
Support Opinion's expansion into new markets while maintaining a strong and distinctive brand identity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a marketing leader with a strong understanding that successful branding extends beyond aesthetics, translating into stronger customer relationships, measurable growth, and long-term brand value. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
