Role Overview

Infinite PL is seeking a Business Analyst (Cloud & API Focused) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and operates at the intersection of business, architecture, and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving solution clarity across cloud-based applications and API-driven ecosystems, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, aligned with solution design, and accurately delivered into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for cloud applications and API integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories on Jira, complete with defined acceptance criteria for development and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API design, integration flows, and system interactions.
• Support solution design by understanding data flows, system dependencies, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, development, and QA teams to validate requirements against target architecture, ensure accurate implementation across applications and APIs, and support end-to-end testing and quality assurance.
• Track requirements and user stories on Jira throughout their lifecycle, ensuring full traceability from design to delivery.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies proactively and drive mitigation efforts.
• Take end-to-end ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners post-development, ensuring features are business-approved, production-ready, and aligned with expected outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on cloud-based applications and API integrations.
• Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with Jira for user story management and tracking.
• Understanding of API design, integration flows, and system interactions.
• Familiarity with data flows, system dependencies, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business language.
• Demonstrated high ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments.
