About the Role

TawanTech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Developer specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires 2-5 years of professional experience. The role involves supporting a client in KSA by translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GRC and IRM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective GRC/IRM solutions.
Support the design and implementation of GRC/IRM processes and workflows.
Work with development and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), process flows, and other relevant documentation.
Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating functionality.
Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify gaps between existing processes and proposed GRC/IRM solutions.
Support configuration, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and agreed objectives.
Provide support in resolving functional issues and clarifying requirements during implementation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

3–5 years of total professional experience as a Business Analyst.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in GRC / IRM solutions.
Strong understanding of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance concepts.
Practical experience with GRC / IRM processes, workflows, and business requirements.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Good understanding of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
Experience in UAT, test case preparation, and functional validation.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, supporting a client in KSA. The role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to deliver effective GRC/IRM solutions.
