Business Analyst

About the Role

Qarar is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on supporting banking and finance clients by translating business needs into technical requirements and facilitating the implementation of credit strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document requirements from banking and finance clients, translating them into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and user stories.
• Map and model current ("As Is") and target ("To Be") business processes.
• Develop business rules and decision matrices for credit strategies, including origination, pricing, limits, and collections, ensuring they are configurable on the platform.
• Prepare acceptance test cases and provide support to clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until sign-off.
• Collaborate with the data science team to convert model outputs, such as scorecards and recovery prioritization, into functional requirements and monitoring dashboards.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and maintain records of scope decisions and change requests.
• Conduct client workshops and present solutions to business teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant business analyst role, preferably within the banking or finance sector, with a focus on credit strategies and data-driven solutions.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves working closely with both internal data science teams and external banking and finance clients.
