About the Role

Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT) is seeking a Business Analytics Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving digital transformation, leveraging AI solutions, and developing robust data analytics and automation platforms. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Digital Transformation and AI Initiatives

• Identify, assess, and implement digital transformation opportunities across business functions.
• Execute digital roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and AI solutions.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and governance of Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Develop AI use cases that improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
• Train and coach business users on AI-powered tools and best practices.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Data Analytics and Reporting Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards using Microsoft Power BI/Fabric.
• Build executive and operational KPI dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Develop analytical models and visualizations using Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.

Data Architecture and Management

• Design and support modern data architecture using Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish scalable data solutions.
• Optimize performance and governance of enterprise data assets.

Automation and Web Solutions

• Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Streamline business processes through workflow automation and digital forms.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reduce manual effort through intelligent automation technologies.
• Create responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Integrate web solutions with Microsoft platforms and enterprise systems.
• Ensure security, usability, and performance standards are met.

Business Engagement and Collaboration

• Engage with business leaders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates on digital initiatives and project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across departments to drive transformation success.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, AI solutions, data analytics, and automation platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
