The Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst New Verticals

Agoda is launching a new B2C fintech product. As a Senior Business Analyst – New Verticals, you will be instrumental in defining, launching, and expanding this product across various markets. This full-time role, based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves developing and executing initiatives to drive acquisition, transaction growth, and customer retention. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a unique opportunity to build a new business vertical within Agoda.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining the product's Customer Value Proposition and Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy.
• Design optimization strategies for the product across the full funnel, focusing on acquisition, activation, transaction growth, top-ups, loyalty, and customer engagement.
• Execute the marketing strategy, including launching various marketing channels (*, paid search, app campaigns, affiliates) and optimizing performance campaigns.
• Optimize incentives through campaigns across markets to achieve business objectives while maintaining sustainable unit economics.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape onboarding processes, in-app messaging, and key user journeys.
• Work with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly.
• Build and continuously enhance dashboards, reporting, and processes for the assigned portfolio to support operational scaling.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Marketing Expertise: At least 3 years of experience running strategic initiatives within e-commerce, consulting, OTA, or fintech.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts), with the ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self-serve BI tools.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, establish new processes, and solve problems without a predefined playbook.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to think strategically, learn quickly, and understand new business dynamics.
• Strong desire to take ownership, make an impact, and influence outcomes.
• Bias for action and experimentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Direct marketing, Performance marketing, and Affiliate marketing for financial products.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services (*, travel cards, multi-currency wallets).
• Experience launching or scaling a new product or major feature as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a sole contributor role with significant visibility among managers and directors. The position is full-time and based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
