About the Role

شركة محاسن الشرق للخدمات اللوجستية is seeking a Business Development / B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our client base and managing key corporate accounts. The specialist will represent the company and drive the adoption of our advanced cold storage and refrigerated warehousing services within the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and official representative for corporate clients, particularly within the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and Retail sectors.
  • Professionally present and pitch the company's cold storage solutions and temperature-controlled services to potential B2B clients.
  • Establish and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with supply chain and logistics managers.
  • Manage client inquiries, prepare detailed quotes and proposals in English, and effectively negotiate contract terms.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations and warehousing teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.

Professional Demeanor and Communication

The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional professional presence, consistently demonstrating strong corporate etiquette and maintaining professional attire. This role requires highly eloquent and persuasive communication skills, coupled with excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective client interaction and documentation.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a closely related academic field. This foundational education is essential for understanding market dynamics and business development principles relevant to the logistics sector.

Experience Profile

This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience. While not strictly required, prior experience in B2B sales or within the logistics industry is considered a significant advantage and will be highly valued.
