About the Role

DigiZag is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding the company's presence and business opportunities within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, brands, and business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct outreach through various channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and meetings.
• Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing needs to identify suitable DigiZag solutions.
• Present DigiZag’s services and performance marketing solutions to potential clients.
• Manage and maintain an organized business development pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Negotiate and support the closing of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities within the GCC region.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications, opportunities, and deal progress.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to strategies and initiatives aimed at expanding DigiZag’s client base and market presence in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with clients, brands, agencies, or business partners is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its business landscape.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into potential clients.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and KPIs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other business development tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or MarTech.
• Existing network or experience working with Saudi-based brands and businesses.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client acquisition.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates in a full-time capacity. The position requires an individual who can work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating with various internal teams.
