About the Role

RX Middle East is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding our event presence within the fitness and wellness industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving commercial growth and building key relationships in the Saudi market.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Business Development Manager will play a central role in achieving commercial objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events and the sustained expansion of our portfolio in the region. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners for events.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the fitness and wellness industry.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and refine outreach efforts.
• Represent FIBO and Aluminum shows at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or partnerships within the events industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Saudi market and regional business practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
