About the Role

ICS Learn is seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen its presence in the Middle East, specifically in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves expanding the company's reach across both corporate and individual markets, focusing on professional qualifications such as CIPD and CMI. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers an opportunity to drive business development activities and contribute to regional success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the region, targeting various organizations and industries.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, outbound sales activities, networking, and referrals.
Manage incoming B2B and B2C leads from marketing campaigns and other channels, overseeing the sales process through to conversion.
Build and manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring active progression of opportunities and accurate record-keeping.
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and prospective individual customers to identify repeat business and account growth opportunities.
Manage existing corporate accounts, overseeing ongoing training requirements and coordinating with internal teams for service delivery.
Adopt a consultative sales approach by understanding client learning needs and recommending suitable qualifications from ICS Learn’s portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to support regional growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer experience delivery.
Represent ICS Learn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate new business.
Develop and maintain relationships with awarding organizations and industry stakeholders to strengthen ICS Learn’s position.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support business development planning.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and progress against targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in business development or a related commercial role.
Demonstrated commercial mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
Strong appetite for developing new business opportunities.
