Floward is seeking a Business Development Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on expanding the company's corporate client base and driving revenue growth within the region.

The Role

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
• Generate new leads using various sales methods including meetings, cold calls, emails, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Floward's products, services, and gifting solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract signing.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and ensure successful service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business avenues.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements to maximize business growth.
• Ensure all client information and documentation are accurately maintained within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate the preparation of customized samples and gifting solutions for clients.
• Support contract preparation and ensure all commercial agreements comply with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, luxury retail, gifting, or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully developing new business opportunities.
