Molm Marketing is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals. The Opportunity

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving our growth by leading relationship-building initiatives and converting strategic opportunities into tangible projects. This role focuses on expanding Molm Marketing's client base within both the private and semi-governmental sectors, directly contributing to the company's expansion and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Attracting new clients from the private and semi-governmental sectors.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Leading meetings, delivering introductory presentations, and actively developing commercial opportunities.
• Preparing and following up on commercial proposals in close coordination with internal teams.
• Managing commercial opportunities effectively from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities within the sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specifically within a marketing company in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in engaging with large corporations and semi-governmental entities.

Required Skills and Attributes

• High-level proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and managing the full sales cycle.
• A proactive personality with exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
