About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves transforming raw data into actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards, analytical models, and reporting systems. This role is central to enabling various departments to make informed decisions based on robust data analysis and clear presentation of findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Query, extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from disparate systems using SQL and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers and tools.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks, presenting findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or data engineering.

Required Technical Skills

• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expert-level skill in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is considered a plus.
