Role Overview

The Business Monitoring Officer will be responsible for consistently monitoring the performance of sales staff at Bayut KSA. This role involves overseeing team commercial activities, including team meetings, site visits, and client observations, and subsequently reporting these happenings to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily observation of morning meetings, verify attendance, and report findings within the system.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure regular lead reviews are conducted and accurately logged in the system.
• Perform sample call listening for assigned staff and provide constructive feedback to line managers and leadership.
• Generate daily reports detailing Morning Meeting Minutes, Meeting Attendance, and other team performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement (SE), Training, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to initiate weekly or periodic management reviews with leadership to discuss monitoring session results for respective teams.

Required Experience and Work Type

This role is structured as an Internship and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience.

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.
