About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Planning Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving strategic alignment and execution of business plans across assigned units, ensuring operational and technical objectives are met.

Role Summary

The Business Planning Manager is responsible for leading the establishment, development, and execution of annual business plans. This involves overseeing cross-functional committees, facilitating key meetings, and continuously monitoring performance through comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools. The role ensures meticulous documentation, timely follow-up on action items, and provides strategic insights to support informed decision-making and achieve successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of annual business planning activities, ensuring alignment with both technical and operational objectives.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable initiatives with clearly defined priorities, responsibilities, and timelines across multiple functions.
• Oversee the review and validation of sales, resource, and financial budgets, ensuring coherence with overall strategic plans through rigorous data analysis.
• Guide and contribute to planning sessions by developing key materials and ensuring consistent alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and track performance indicators, providing analytical insights to measure progress against business targets.
• Monitor plan execution, milestones, and outcomes, proactively identifying deviations and providing data-driven recommendations for corrective action.
• Mitigate risks and identify opportunities to ensure the successful implementation of business plans.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in business planning, strategy, or a related field.
