The Role of CAFM Engineer

Egis is seeking a CAFM Engineer to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on urban planning initiatives and requires expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems combined with strategic urban planning project coordination. The position supports the organization's infrastructure development goals within the Riyadh region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CAFM systems to support urban planning and facility management operations.
  • Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management data into urban planning projects.
  • Analyze spatial data and generate comprehensive reports for urban development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAFM processes and urban planning workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, planners, and project managers, to optimize facility utilization.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with urban planning standards and regulations.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance for CAFM applications and data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on CAFM tools and methodologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes and systems.
  • Ensure all projects align with local Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building standards.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within the Project Management Office (PMO) structure. The role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders on urban planning and infrastructure development projects.
