About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a dedicated English Call Center Agent to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the customer experience by ensuring clients receive seamless and positive interactions. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the customer journey. This involves understanding client needs thoroughly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring all interactions contribute to a positive overall experience. You will act as a key point of contact, proactively addressing concerns and collaborating with internal teams to integrate customer feedback for service improvement.

Customer Experience Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Proactively resolve escalations related to call center operations.
  • Gather client feedback to align solutions with evolving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products based on customer input.

Service Excellence and Performance

  • Maintain high standards of customer service with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor performance metrics, including response and resolution times, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience.
  • Experience with customer service platforms and CRM tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree with an English background is considered a plus.
