About the Role

Ameesa Medical is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves performing diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cath lab, providing essential support to physicians, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Role Responsibilities

Perform patient preparation, imaging acquisition, and intra-procedural support for physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab.
Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment.
Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures.
Adhere to established protocols for patient safety and radiation protection.
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.
Assist with inventory control of interventional products.
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Comply with all regulatory and institutional standards.
Educate patients about procedures and post-procedure care as directed.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in cardiovascular technology.
Proven experience in transthoracic and transesophageal procedures.
Demonstrated experience in echocardiography.
Strong clinical foundation in Cardiology and Medicine to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
Hands-on experience in cath lab environments, including familiarity with cath lab workflows, equipment, and safety protocols.

Required Skills

Ability to apply radiation safety principles, follow clinical guidelines, and maintain accurate medical records.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training on new cardiovascular technologies and procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with a team of cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.
