The Opportunity

Almarai is expanding its operations and vertical markets, creating an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team. This full-time role is for a Digital and Social Media Manager, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is integral to furthering the group's growth plans and enhancing its market presence.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to drive the overall communications strategy and governance for external communications programs. The manager will be responsible for ensuring a strong corporate identity, maintaining brand consistency, and achieving measurable business impact through integrated multi-channel content initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the overall digital and social media communications strategy.
• Governing external communications programs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Maintaining and enhancing corporate identity and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Managing social media platforms and coordinating content creation and distribution.
• Driving customer engagement strategies across digital channels.
• Measuring and reporting on the business impact of multi-channel content initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• 7-9 years of experience in the communications field or managing social media channels.
• Demonstrated strong client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Experience in social media platform management, content coordination, and customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
