About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position, identified as Job ID 89316, requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and achieving HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies, while also providing essential support to the Division's personnel and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and achieve human resources objectives in accordance with relevant local regulations.
Ensure all personnel activities adhere to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Provide comprehensive support to the personnel and administrative functions within the assigned Division.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to meet the required qualifications for a Personnel Manager role.
