About the Opportunity

Silk Road Gold Exploration is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a competitive salary range of $2,000 - $3,000. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will play a central role in managing human resources functions, contributing to a well-organized and compliant work environment. This position involves a blend of administrative tasks, employee support, and strategic assistance, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks efficiently.
• Support recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
• Coordinate attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related activities.
• Provide accurate employee information to support payroll preparation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide comprehensive HR support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
