About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a HR Manager (Saudi National) to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to managing human resources operations and ensuring compliance with local regulations while supporting the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end local recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Independently handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR risk mitigation.
• Maintain and analyze HR data, generating regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with the Chinese management team on workforce planning, performance optimization, and personnel changes.
• Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with both local regulations and company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Minimum of 5+ years of HR generalist experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Essential Skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong execution-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability in cross-cultural coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role involves coordination with a Chinese management team to align HR practices with global standards.
