Role Overview: Sales Supervisor II

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor II to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to achieving the company’s growth objectives by overseeing the sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. The Supervisor will ensure adherence to operational policies and maintain high sales and merchandising standards through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimizing sales and distribution strategies for Almarai Bakery products in the assigned territory.
• Ensuring strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the highest sales and merchandising standards.
• Providing strong leadership and guidance to a team of salesmen.

Qualifications and Experience

• A College Diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in an FMCG business.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales operations in an FMCG setting.
• A valid driving license.

• High proficiency in reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office applications.
