About the Role

Saudi Airlines Catering Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Cashier to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring seamless meal services, accurate cash transactions, and excellent customer service within cafeteria and sales counter environments. The Cashier will play a crucial part in operational readiness and contributing to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Service Excellence

• Ensure all designated areas, including meal services, sales counters, and cafeteria, are prepared for service as per assigned duties.
• Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming experience at all times.
• Arrange and display food and beverage items effectively and as required.
• Assist in the service of food and beverage within respective areas.
• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge, including awareness of allergens and ingredients.

Financial Operations and Sales Contribution

• Execute accurate cash register machine transactions without deviation.
• Ensure proper turnover of cash sales for each shift period.
• Recommend strategies to achieve daily sales targets and actively engage in upselling to customers.
• Monitor non-moving products to prevent wastage and manage stock-taking and inventory records.
• Coordinate with stores and production departments to ensure timely delivery of products and food items.

Compliance, Safety, and Data Security

• Attend all Client and Company training courses as required.
• Fully support and participate in all Client and Company safety initiatives.
• Ensure work is consistently conducted hygienically and that all safe work practices are followed.
• Maintain personal working hygiene standards in compliance with both company and statutory requirements.
• Adhere strictly to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Handle data and information according to their designated classification levels.
• Avoid any actions that violate the intellectual property rights of individuals or companies, including copyrights and patents.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements pertaining to the protection of user devices, Internet usage, software, systems, and Email.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy and utilize CATRION information and technical assets solely for business purposes.
• Obtain necessary permits from the security department or authorized personnel in CATRION before hosting visitors in sensitive company areas.
• Report all Cybersecurity incidents promptly.

Operational Support and Professional Conduct

• Cultivate positive customer relations through thorough knowledge of the establishment, its facilities, and personnel.
• Report any equipment defects or maintenance requirements that could impede service levels.
• Immediately report all accidents, incidents, injuries, and customer complaints.
• Attend daily site meetings, briefings, and trainings as and when required.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Execute additional duties related to the job and/or company operations, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
