About Noon and the Role

Noon is a leading consumer commerce platform in the region, launched in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. The Noon ecosystem encompasses various marketplaces, including food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon Minutes, the company's hyper-local delivery platform, offers FMCG and grocery products with rapid delivery. We are seeking a Category Manager Beauty to join the Commercial Team at Noon Minutes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Category Manager Beauty will be responsible for driving growth and performance across relevant beauty categories within Noon Minutes, serving multiple platforms across the broader Noon Group. This role requires a strong bias for action and a keen work ethic to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the overall category roadmap and vision.
• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets for assigned categories across multiple Noon platforms.
• Define optimal assortment, manage stock responsibly, and make pricing decisions to ensure P&L efficiencies and maintain competitiveness.
• Source new brand partnerships and execute product launches effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure marketing investments and ensure campaign execution meets high standards, working closely with the Ads team.
• Prioritize customer experience in all category decisions through curated assortment, thoughtful in-app merchandising, and best-in-class product content.
• Implement seamless consumer journeys across various channels by leveraging deep category and customer understanding.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with distributors and brands to identify gaps, enhance consumer engagement via innovative campaigns, and promote adoption of Noon’s in-app and out-of-app tools.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as in-stock, operations, customer service, growth, and legal to continuously improve the platform and experience, using data insights for task prioritization.
• Monitor regional competitors and global business trends, reviewing critical information to innovate the product offering.
• Contribute to talent development by sharing knowledge and training junior team members to become future category leaders.

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Type and Location
