About Foodics and the Role

Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider, was established in 2014 with its headquarters in Riyadh. The company operates with offices across 5 countries, including UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait, and currently serves customers and partners in over 35 different countries worldwide. Having successfully processed over 6 billion orders, Foodics is recognized as a rapidly evolving SaaS company from the MENA region, supported by three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million. Foodics is seeking a CEO Office Manager to join its team in Riyadh on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose

The CEO Office Manager will provide personalized and timely support to the CEO and C-suite, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business. This role involves performing various administrative tasks and activities in close collaboration with the CEO, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The successful candidate will be well-organized, possess strong time management skills, and demonstrate the ability to act without constant guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including meeting coordination and travel planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Coordinate board meetings, manage logistics, distribute pre-meeting materials, record and disseminate minutes, and address general queries from board members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of information flow.
  • Oversee the CEO’s calendars and arrange meetings.
  • Organize conference calls, transcribe notes, and prepare correspondence and meeting minutes.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Format information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Respond promptly to the CEO’s inquiries.
  • Facilitate internal communication by distributing information and scheduling presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or consulting.
  • Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working directly with senior leadership or executive teams.
