About the Role

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director (CFO) on behalf of a growing healthcare client. This full-time leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi Nationals. The successful candidate will lead commercial finance, controls, and strategic growth planning for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, service-line profitability, governance, and reporting functions.
• Support expansion planning, capital expenditure decisions, and operational performance reviews.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and board-level reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified accountant with strong exposure to healthcare finance.
• Experience in multi-site or service-intensive environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
• A degree in a relevant discipline is required; professional certification is an advantage.
• Over 10 years of experience is required, with GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
