About the Role

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on behalf of a prominent client in the construction and real estate sector. This full-time leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The CHRO will be responsible for leading the enterprise people strategy across all aspects of the client's operations. This includes project delivery, corporate functions, development operations, and multi-site workforce planning within a leading construction and real estate group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the people strategy across projects, corporate offices, and site-based workforces.
• Develop workforce planning and succession models for technical, commercial, and project leadership roles.
• Oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, reward systems, and performance management.
• Support organizational growth initiatives, restructuring efforts, new project launches, and capability building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, implement HSE-aligned workforce practices, and achieve localization targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in human resources leadership.
• Proven experience in the construction and real estate sector is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive people strategies.

Work Environment and Compensation
