The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive team in both planning and executing strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and executive team in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and track the progress of projects across product, engineering, marketing, and other teams.
• Analyze operational data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among different departments to ensure organizational goals are consistently met.
• Manage meetings, including setting agendas and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or a similar strategic or operations role within a tech company or fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions across all levels.
• An analytical mindset, demonstrating the ability to work with data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a team.
