About the Opportunity

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to join a dynamic tech company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience who can drive operational excellence and strategic execution within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will work in close collaboration with the executive leadership team, playing a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient company scaling. This position involves managing cross-functional projects, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CEO and executive team in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
Coordinate and track the progress of projects across product, engineering, marketing, and other teams.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions.
Facilitate communication and alignment among different departments to ensure organizational goals are met.
Manage meetings, agendas, and follow-up processes to ensure timely completion of action items.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to improve workflows.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or a similar strategic/operations role within a tech company or fast-paced startup environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools (*, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
