alfanar, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a diversified company with extensive operations in construction, manufacturing, and design & development across the Middle East and other countries. Its Building Systems division specializes in manufacturing and marketing building construction products and systems, including real estate development, façade cladding, glazing systems, architectural aluminum products, and precast concrete elements. We are seeking a Civil/Arch Revit - Draughtsman to join our team in a full-time capacity in Riyadh. This role is crucial for producing precise and detailed technical drawings and plans for projects, ensuring accurate representation of design specifications and compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil/Arch Revit - Draughtsman will be responsible for a range of drafting and coordination activities, including:

• Preparing detailed and accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, adhering to approved designs, standards, and project requirements.
• Developing layout, shop, and construction drawings based on engineering inputs and project specifications.
• Ensuring drawings accurately reflect correct dimensions, materials, symbols, and technical notes.
• Collaborating closely with engineers and designers to ensure all technical drawings comply with design intent, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinating with the technical team to clarify design details and resolve drafting-related issues in a timely manner.
• Incorporating engineering comments and revisions into drawings accurately.
• Reviewing, updating, and revising existing drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and engineer feedback.
• Maintaining proper version control, drawing registers, and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Ensuring all drawings are properly labeled, approved, and stored for easy reference.
• Assisting in preparing accurate as-built drawings that reflect final site conditions and approved changes.
• Compiling complete drawing sets and supporting documentation for project handover.
• Supporting the preparation of final project documentation to meet client and contractual requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:

• Academic Qualification: Diploma Degree in Design.
• Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant drafting role.
